Fish -Trout
Bulb of garlic
spoon of buter
Parsley half a spoon


Step 1

Take of the head and tail of the fish grate one bulb of garlic mix the garlic with a table spoon of butter and parlsey, fresh or from a bottle.Stuff the fish then add a bay leaf to top of the fish. Rap fish twice with string. Cover in foil and steamfor five to ten min until cooked.Alternatively and just as nice roast in the oven until cooked.
