Summer turkey wraps.

Fresh Turkey steaks, flattened overnight in the fridge and marinated in fresh lime juice, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. BBQ on a hot griddle for a few minutes on each side, cut into slices and serve with fresh salad leaves and sour cream in a hot pitta bread warmed on the BBQ.
Remember to drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and fresh lime juice just before serving.



Ingredients

4 turkey steaks.
2 Limes.(Juiced).
8 Pitta breads.
3 piece of fresh ginger, Grated and finely chopped.
4 Tsps of dark soy sauce.
2 cloves of garlic. Finely chopped.
Fresh salad leaves to taste.
Sour cream.
