Life at Sequoia Parc - Al Fresco Holidays
Our Al Fresco Reps on the campsite sent in some general information about life at Sequoia Parc. They are very enthusiatic as the season really gets underway.
“The weather’s been improving all season, and the campsite is now quite full. The entertainment is growing with the number of people. Aqua-aerobics at 11am is very popular, and it really gets you into the holiday mood as the music emanates from around the pool.
A children’s disco takes place each evening at 7.30pm, for children up to the age of 12. As the temperature is rising again, it makes a pleasant evening for families to sit out in the courtyard during and after the disco.
From the beginning of July, there will be a show every night which will take place on the outdoor stage just by the bar. Practising for these is now going on each afternoon – and looking very promising!
Of course, the swimming pool is proving very popular, with families spending most of the day on the poolside. Large rubber rings are provided by the campsite for use in the lazy river, although judging by the expressions on some fathers’ faces as they follow their young children around the river, they’re not finding it too lazy!
We are told by many families that the Zoo at La Palmyre is well worth the visit and you can buy tickets at a reduced rate from the information point here on the campsite.
